Blueberry Overnight Oats

This Blueberry Overnight Oats recipe is quick and easy to put together, making it perfect for busy mornings!

I love preparing a couple of these at the beginning of the week so I can just pull one out of the fridge and instantly have a healthy and delicious breakfast. Oats make for a great breakfast as they are incredibly nutritious and very filling. The best part is you can customize this recipe to make it perfect for you! Replace the blueberries with your favorite fruit, try out different plant-based milks, or add some nut butter on top.


Blueberry Overnight Oats

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 1 tbs chia seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries


1.) In a pint sized mason jar, or other container of choice (must hold at least 2 cups), add the milk, cinnamon, and any other spices of your choice. Secure the lid on and shake until the spices are incorporated into the milk.

2.) Add in the rolled oats and chia seeds. Once again secure the lid on and shake until all ingredients are mixed.

3.) Add the blueberries, or your choice of toppings, and put in the fridge overnight.

4.) It’s as simple as that! Take it out in the morning and enjoy your delicious oats. Add some extra toppings if you want or keep it sweet and simple.
